Freshly made pizza, we we're really impressed both by the high quality of the pizza and the amazing service. The restaurant was really clean and well lit. We will dropping by again for a late night bite next time we are in town.

I have only ordered twice from Fernandos and I have never commented on a food place in my life but this experience was one of the worst. I ordered from an online ordering company. When my food was received the soup was bland and luke warm, the sub was luke warm with no sauce on the side of it or on the sub and was not even cut in half. But, should have been there either way. The side salad was plain when I remember requesting Italian. Long story short I called the store and they stated since I ordered through a 2nd party that I would need to contact them. I did. I was re-imbursed and made happy but still very unhappy with the product put out by Fernandos. I tried to 'spice up' the soup and even 20+ minutes after receiving the product it's still bland with more than a pinch of salt and pepper added. Interesting.

Ordered a teriyaki sub and they gave me one with deli meat on it. Badness

I looked at the reviews on Google to figure out how good this place was and was beyond pleasently surprised about the quality of the sub shop. I am just passing through Pittsburgh and it was a nice place to chow for a bit.

I was walking through downtown and happened to come across a restaraunt I've never been to before. Decent prices overall. I ate a delicious deli sandwich while a six and a half foot tall purple wolf rubbed his chest against the front window. Sometimes good food just does that to you I guess...

Prices are great. They have the best wraps

Walked in, the room was filled with smoke. Guy says "since you're with the con, you get this" and puts a plastic dogfood bowl into my hands. I was like "okay.. what's good here?" and he's like "since you're with the con, get the lasagna wrap." So I got the lasagna wrap: about the size of a taco bell burrito. Dry. No detectable herbs or seasoning. No side dishes And the soda machine was out of ice.Total cost of the meal was over 16 dollars. They neglected to tell me the bowl I got for "being with the con" was going to add significantly to the cost of the meal. Never going back.

Once "fast & friendly" now just "rushed & rude". The food, even the beloved lasagna wraps, has also gone downhill a bit since last year.

You guys have the best subs in town and the prices are great here .

This sub and pizza shop is conveniently located near the convention center. Quick and inexpensive is how I would describe it. They also had special deals for our convention, which I thought was good of them to do.

Service is horrible

Was there at least 3 different times during AC 2018. Food was hot, fast, and amazing. It really hit the spot. So glad me and my friends stopped in.

It's not every sandwich shop that's worth a 22 mile round trip on foot.

Great place for a late night bite to eat. I had some chicken strips and mozzarella sticks. The food was good and the the staff was friendly.

Everything we ate just tasted absolutely terrible Pizza, fries, and chicken hoagie. Nobody liked what they ordered.

Extra mediocre food for way too much money. Very unimpressed.Also refused to sell a whole pizza.(even though they normally do) Presumably to maximize profit during this event weekend.

Sad to see it go, but even with a name change it's still the go to place for good food. Ask if they still make the lasagna wrap.

All way's a great place to eat during con's. The fastest places compared to the neighbors.

The food is just amazing! Staff is very friendly. And just a nice place to hang out with friends. Plus air conditioning is always a plus. Food is made fresh

Nothing but respect for this place. Fast service, delicious food, and a nice location.

I like the food and all, but sometimes I think the people here can be just a little too laid back. I asked to have a sandwich made, and you can see them standing over there on their cellphones.

Best place for breakfast at Anthrocon! Be sure to stop for lunch and dinner, too, at least once a con!

Fernando's struck me as your classic hole-in-the-wall dive eatery. While the lady working the register was polite and smiling, the older woman taking the orders seemed to be barely tolerating my- and the other customers- presence. Although the fare itself wasn't bad, you can find better nearby.

Keeping a Tradition alive for years. Feeding Furries. Amazing staff, crisp hot pizza and they take pity on wayward groggy Furs the Morning After con and Feed them Free Pizza. If you can't give them business, give them Love!

Go when the con is not in town; of course they'll be rushed, who wouldn't. Food quality is still good, nice selection of toasted wraps and cold subs. Would go here over Subway easily. New management changed the supplier probably, but isn't too bad.

The lasagna wraps here are just amazingly delicious. Over the years of eating here, Fernando has become a great friend of mine and his service is just amazing. The place is small, but clean, and the food is fresh. Very reasonable prices.

Like legit they are nothing but amazing. The staff here are nice. The con is over but they have this really great breakfast pizza and holy heck its tasty. The egg and ham pizza is <3

Delicious local specialties with a rocking fast line and quick turnaround even with a ton of people packing the place. Would recommend.

I ordered my food for delivery using my card they took almost 2hrs to deliver my food because the driver claim he couldn't find my address which is located right on my mailbox in plain view. Also after not delivering my food on time he then went back to the shop and no one called to inform me that he couldn't find my address so I called to see where the driver was the woman who took my order said he couldn't find it so he came back. I said to her why didn't anyone call me? She said she didn't have the right number....I specifically repeated my phone number 3x's to this woman on the phone when I initially placed my order and she still managed to give the wrong number and address as well to the driver. The food here is good but be sure to I have the ppl repeat more than once that they have the right information because they will screw up a very simple order.
